Clients utilize our whole program with clinically led motivation-focused care during “PHP” or “Day Treatment.” Partial hospitalization allows our clients to gradually reintegrate into society while still benefiting from our comprehensive outpatient program services. Those in need of mental health or substance abuse therapy can do it in the comfort of their own homes or at a dedicated sober living center.
During this time of change and progression in care, participants engage in group and individual therapy sessions tailored to their specific needs. The objective is to facilitate harmony while maintaining strict discipline and responsibility. Early on in recovery, navigating the world and all its stressors can be challenging, and many people feel the need to run back to their old people, places, and things.
The plan is to gradually make the change over time, all the while building a strong base of support and creating useful tools. There is no “quick fix” for getting better. Having lasting success requires consistent effort and finding a happy medium. The longer a someone has access to help and is held accountable, the greater their chance of remaining sober. Partial hospitalization program (PHP) participants spend part of each day at the facility engaging in therapeutic and educational activities designed to help them progress toward their treatment plan’s stated goals and any additional objectives they may set for themselves.
Our clinical staff offers comprehensive care for a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, PTSD, relationship problems, and Process addictions, through a combination of licensed therapy, case management, psychiatric, and medical care.
